How the maintenance plan works

A simple process from equipment details to scheduled servicing, service records and ongoing support.

1

Tell us about your equipment

Send the make, model, site postcode, machine count and any known faults or service-history concerns.

2

We review the requirements

We check the machine type, service history, location and likely maintenance needs before confirming suitability.

3

Choose the right plan

For one machine choose Essential, Priority or Business Care. Multiple machines or sites are quoted under Fleet Care.

4

Activate the agreement

After approval, the Maintenance Agreement and Service Schedule are completed and the agreed payment method is arranged.

5

We manage the service window

Before maintenance is due, you provide preferred availability and Jet Wash UK confirms the final appointment.

6

Service, record, repeat

We carry out the planned service, update the service record and manage the next maintenance window.

Questions before you apply

Can I join with a faulty machine?

Possibly, but existing faults are not automatically covered. A machine with an existing problem or unknown history may need inspection, servicing or remedial work before acceptance.

When will my machine be serviced?

Essential includes 1 planned service per 12-month term. Priority and Business Care include 2. Fleet Care follows the tailored service frequency in the accepted quotation or Service Schedule.

Can I choose the exact date?

You can provide preferred dates or availability. Jet Wash UK confirms the final appointment so servicing can be planned around travel routes, other work and your operational needs.

What if my machine breaks down?

Essential has no included breakdown call-outs. Priority provides priority scheduling but breakdown attendance remains chargeable. Business Care includes 2 call-out fee allowances of up to £50 each. Fleet Care follows the agreed quotation.

Are oil and filters included?

Yes. Routine service oil and standard service filters are included on every maintenance plan where applicable, at no additional charge. Repair parts and non-routine repair items remain chargeable unless agreed otherwise.

Can I cover more than one machine?

Essential, Priority Care and Business Care are single-machine plans. Fleet Care is designed for multiple machines or sites.

How do payments work?

Essential is £225 annually in advance. Priority is 12 monthly instalments of £49 (£588 total). Business Care is 12 monthly instalments of £79 (£948 total). Fleet Care follows the accepted quotation.

How long is the agreement?

The standard term is 12 months, unless Fleet Care Commercial Settings state otherwise. There is no automatic renewal; any renewal, changed price or changed scope must be agreed in writing.
