Annovi Reverberi HXM 15.15 Low-Pressure Pump Repair
The fault
This Annovi Reverberi HXM 15.15 came in with a low-pressure fault.
Diagnosis
After stripping the pump down and checking the machine, the fault was traced to the unloader valve and worn inlet and outlet pump valves.
Work completed
- New unloader valve fitted
- Inlet and outlet pump valves replaced
- Water inlet connection replaced
- Pump rebuilt
- Full pressure test carried out
Result
After the repair the pressure washer was producing good pressure again and operating correctly.
