Lavor Professional Pressure Washer Repair Completed
Fault reported
This Lavor Professional pressure washer was completely dead and would not switch on.
Diagnosis
After inspection and electrical fault finding, the problem was traced to a failed 65µF motor capacitor.
Repair completed
After diagnosing the no-power fault, we returned to fit the new 65µF motor capacitor and complete the Lavor Professional pressure washer repair.
- Electrical power fault investigated and traced to a failed 65µF motor capacitor
- Faulty capacitor removed and a replacement sourced
- New 65µF motor capacitor fitted on the return visit
- Final repair work completed and the machine tested
- Pressure washer confirmed running well and back in action
Final result and customer feedback
The Lavor pressure washer was working again following the capacitor replacement. The customer was pleased with the result and requested a future service to help keep the machine in good working condition.
Why fault finding matters
A machine that appears completely dead does not always need replacing. Correct diagnosis can identify a failed component and keep an otherwise serviceable pressure washer in use.
Final repair photos
These photos were shared in our completed repair update on 8 October 2026, after the replacement capacitor was fitted and the machine was tested.
